Work Order Reactive Activities

This page shows all reactive activities tied to a work order.

The smart table has the following columns:

• WO #: The work order tied to the reactive activities listed; you can click on the work order number to open its Work Order Summary page
• Name: Reactive activity name

• Description: Reactive activity description

• WO Status: The status of the work order tied to the reactive activity

• Site Name: The site for the work order

• Site Description: The site description for the work order

• WO Type: The type of the work order tied to the reactive activity

• External Reference #: The external reference number for the work order

• Provider Reference #: The reference number for the provider assigned to the work order

• Date WO Created: The work order creation date

• Reactive Activity Accepted: The date the reactive activity was accepted for the work order

• Reactive Activity Declined: The date the reactive activity was declined for the work order

• Reactive Activity Completed: The date the reactive activity was completed

• Estimated Time to Complete: Indicates the estimated time to complete the activity

• Activity Type: General indicates the reactive activity can be used on any work orders, Category requires that the reactive activity has the same category as the work order

• Asset Required: Indicates whether the reactive activity requires an asset
